Dallas Real Estate Lawyer Referral Needed!

G'Day everyone,

It's your favorite Australian here lol

I'm looking for a referral to a solid real estate lawyer in Dallas.

Need them to compose a lease agreement and to educate me a bit on how tenant laws, etc... work here.

I own a high end property that I'll be renting out and will plug it into my Ohio PM companies operation so it won't be a problem to "self manage".

Damn, might even expand operations here if I like it lol

I pretty much just need help with the paperwork/lease agreement, 3 day notices, etc...
