I'm looking to get started in real estate through house hacking. I'm specifically interested in purchasing a multifamily property using an FHA loan so I can live in one unit and rent out the other(s).

I've been having some challenges navigating the lending process and finding the right properties in my budget, so I'm looking for an experienced real estate agent who understands FHA 203(k) requirements and has experience with multifamily properties.

The BP agent finder wasn't able to connect me with anyone in the area so I figured I'd ask on the forums.
