Looking for a lender to close on land and will then need a lender to build 6 houses.

Hello everyone, I am in Pensacola Florida and I have several lots under contract that are in the desirable downtown area. Very close to Pensacola Beach and I want to build six row houses.  I have 20 years experience of fix and flip I do not have new construction experience. I need to be able to close on the lot and then I need to be able to begin building.

I would love to hear from any lenders who may be able to help me and of course, any investors who have advice and tips to give would be appreciated as well.
