I'm actively looking to purchase a short-term rental (STR) property in Big Bear, CA within the next few months and I'm looking to connect with a local real estate agent who has strong experience working with STR investors.

Ideally, I’d like to work with someone who:

- Understands the Big Bear market well (especially from a STR/investment perspective)

- Has closed multiple STR deals in the area

- Can provide guidance on neighborhood selection, STR regulations, and revenue potential

- Has investor-friendly contacts (lenders, property managers, cleaners, etc.)
