Newbie here just started my investing journey into the world of CRE and stumbled across this app via YouTube. Such a great resource. I'm looking to close my first deal and curious if anyone has any good recommendations for CRE lease agreements/contracts or language to use for CA state properties. Or even pitfalls to watch out for.
