Looking for a HELOC for Apartment buildings - IN, and TX

If anyone can help, that would be amazing. I have a 35 unit apartment building in Evansville IN (owe 1.425M / value 2.5M).

In Texas I have 10 unit in Beaumont (600k / 950k) and 12 unit in Houston (800k / 1.34M)

Looking for someone who can help with any of these properties.
