Assumable VA Loan @ 2.75 percent in Malden MA large duplex, great location

Hi all!

I have a 2 family in Malden MA. Financed on a VA residential 30 fixed at 2.75. About 570k left on the loan. Posted this once before, but the difference now is that a problem tenant is gone and that unit is completely refreshed.

Anybody who is eligible to assume a VA loan interested? Obviously it would be cash down (500k+) plus loan assumption, but I'd hate to see the loan rate disappear in a standard sale.

It's a side by side duplex, listing will be on MLS soon. Lots of bedrooms, close to transit etc. Address is 15-17 Barrett. One unit recently refreshed, one has great long term tenants.

As far as I know only VA approved veterans can assume the loan. Happy to talk further.
