Most property management software wasn’t built for in-house maintenance teams
A lot platforms I’ve seen work fine if you outsource everything but with an in-house team it gets messy. Time tracking, billing, scheduling, inventory etc.
I’ve been building tools with a couple PMs to plug these gaps, and I’m curious how are you handling it?
If your software stack is giving you headaches I’d be happy to brainstorm solutions. I’m looking to partner with a third PMC to build out more tools. DMs open.
