Looking for an HOA lawyer for a dispute

Hello all,

I need help with an unreasonable HOA that my client is dealing with. She is trying to list her condo for sale and got a $40k bill from the HOA, with no details or receipts for the charge. We ended up postponing the sale until we resolve this issue.
