Hey everyone,

I'm an active wholesaler and one of the biggest headaches I faced was wasting 30–60 minutes making flyers for every deal. Buyers want all the details up front ARV, repair estimates, comps, photos and if it doesn't look professional, they'll pass.

So I built a simple tool for myself that generates clean, professional flyers in minutes.

You just enter the property details, upload photos, and it spits out a polished PDF with comps, repair costs, and everything in one place.

It’s helped me present deals faster and stand out with buyers.
