Opportunites in Egypt, Greece, UK, Cyprus, Indonesia,UAE and Georgia

Hi!

I know very little about real estate and I hate selling.

Here’s how I got here.

I grew up enjoying the beaches of Egypt.

I love the sand, sun and the smiles of the Egyptians.

I felt very grateful for that.

There was a sentiment that I kept hearing over and over again from Egyptians and non-Egyptians.

“Egyptian beaches are unparalleled. The quality of the sand is something that very few places in the world can offer. It’s such a shame that it is not marketed abroad well enough”… When I had zoom calls with Europeans and they saw the sunny background, they’d often comment on how lucky I am to be working in such a background… (Attached are some photos of me in different parts of Egypt at the ocean or the river).

So… I wanted to shed light on this hidden gem… problem is: I know very little about real estate…. … I made some calls and some visits to real estate professionals in Egypt… and now, I have connections to the major players in the country (which now extends to Greece, UK, Cyprus, Indonesia,UAE and Georgia).

The missing piece now are the investors and clients from abroad. I’m hoping I can get to get to know some interesting people here. If you are intersted, I can introduce you to my business partner at Pie.Properties who can explain the landscape for real estate in those countries.
