Rental Property Manager in Columbus Area

Hello community!

My name is Hayden Kobelak, and I am a real estate investor and property manager. I currently work a W-2 and am looking to make some extra income on the side while gaining extra experience in the field! I am 24 years old, and have been managing my own rental properties for 3 years now. I am eager to gain more experience, connect with other investors, and hopefully get a better grasp of the Columbus real estate market. I know that the Columbus market has a lot of out-of-state investor's, and managing the properties from afar can't be the easiest task. I am still new to this, but believe I could prove myself as a valuable asset to any investor that is looking to be completely hands off with the property. My overhead is extremely low considering I currently have no expenses when it comes to rental management, so I would assume I could beat most rental management companies rates! I would also love if any experienced rental managers wanted to reach out and connect!
