San Francisco, California has the worst landlord tenant laws in America. On top of that, the homeless crisis in San Francisco is a problem. San Francisco has homeless junkies are all over the streets. San Francisco having a homeless crisis is actually pretty ironic considering it's next to impossible for a landlord to evict a squatter from their house due to the woke local government. These days owning property in San Francisco is a living hell. If you're looking for an alternative investment for your money, take a look at Stairway Invest.
