GC Connection Needed; Off Market Flips Ready!!!

Hello All, Im new to the fort worth area and am looking for a good general contractor that has experience both working with investors and doing 3month to 12 month flips. Ive got some properties im looking at both hard money and traditional loan options and would like to have a GC walk with me to get a good ROM. 

My angle is to complete some work myself while contracting other parts out. This would be focused more so on a hard money loan where I would need some licensed work and to ensure im done in the balloon window. 

I would be looking for a long lasting connection to work on multiple houses with the GC.
