Looking for Investor-Friendly GC in the Bronx (Rehab/Value-Add Focused)

Hi everyone,

I'm an active investor working on a 3-unit multifamily property in the Bronx. I'm in the middle of a value-add strategy (BRRRR model) and I'm looking to connect with reliable, investment-driven General Contractors who understand the needs of landlords and rehab projects.

What I need in a GC partner:

Comfortable working with voucher tenants (Section 8 & CityFHEPS) and scheduling repairs/renovations around tenant occupancy.

Experience with multifamily rehabs in NYC (roofing, plumbing, electrical, DOB compliance, mold/pest remediation, etc.).

Willing to mirror detailed architect reports line-by-line so bids are clear, itemized, and investor-oriented.

Open to phased renovation strategy (unit by unit, or trade by trade) instead of “all or nothing.”

Understands that the goal is to balance compliance, durability, and cost-efficiency to maximize both refinance value and rental income.

If you are (or know) a contractor who takes an investor’s perspective seriously — not just retail homeowner pricing — I’d love to connect.

Thanks in advance!
