Want to sell my STR
Looking to sell a turn key STR. Purchased, set up, and it's had 100% occupancy since January! Within one hour to ski resorts in Utah & is easy $ & turnkey - has a cleaner in place, etc. I just need to destress. I have too many things ! Working full time jobs on top of properties it's just too much, so lmk if anyone interested!
