The Opportunity

We are about to receive a steady stream of highly qualified buyer leads — seasoned real estate investors and institutional buyers who are actively investing in the St. Louis market. We need an assertive, investment-savvy agent to take the lead converting those warm opportunities into closed contracts.

What You’ll Do

• Be the lead agent on all 5–50 unit multifamily residential transactions from team leads
• Call, qualify, and convert vetted investor leads
• Underwrite and evaluate multifamily deals, providing accurate numbers and clear investment analysis
• Deliver a boutique, concierge-level client experience, matching investors with the right properties
• Collaborate within our team environment at Real Broker, sharing insights and strategies
• Maintain high responsiveness to client inquiries and follow-ups
• Leverage team listings and targeted buyer leads to drive transaction volume

What You Bring

• Active Missouri Real Estate License
• In-depth knowledge of multifamily real estate investing strategies (Underwriting and vetting deals, Commercial and private financing, syndications, 1031 exchanges, value-add, etc.)
• Confidence speaking with experienced investors and institutional buyers
• Full-time availability and a tenacious, aggressive work ethic
• Ability to call cold and warm leads with professionalism and authority
• Strong skills in deal analysis, underwriting, and investment evaluation
• Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently on self-generated business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are an active investor and realtor in St. Louis, MO
