Looking for GC for Small Multi-Family Rehab in Jacksonville

I am considering some triplexes and quads in the historic neighborhoods around Jacksonville (e.g. San Marco, Riverside) in need of renovation.  I am looking for recommendations for general contractors that have experience working with landlords on rehabs.  This is meant to be a buy and hold and not a fix and flip.  If you could provide me with any referrals, I'd greatly appreciate it!
