Gold Coast, Long Island Residential Sale-Leaseback Opportunity (12% IRR)

We are offering a sale-leaseback opportunity on a beautiful residential property on the Gold Coast of Long Island. The owner (and post-closing tenant) is a healthcare private equity professional with a strong track record. Zillow values the house at $3.5mm. Annual rent would start at 4% of closing value ($140k) and increase 3% annually. With 8% annual growth in value of the house and a sale in 2030, the investor generates a 12% IRR.
