A little about me:

• I spent 20+ years as a Senior Financial Analyst and also worked as a licensed real estate appraiser.

• After stepping into real estate investing myself, I quickly realized how challenging it can be to find the right funding partner who understands the needs of investors.

That experience is what led me to start Velocity Private Capital — with the goal of helping investors cut through the noise and get connected with lending solutions that actually fit their goals.
