Construction trades person in Northern Colorado with 20 years experiance looking for a project.

" I'm a 40_ish construction tradesman with a small dog. I know all phases and trades of construction. I am looking for a home owner or, potential investor that wants to trade work for Rent" You pay for and or, ship materials.

Deal breakers:

-Broken sewer lines or septic problems.

-Asbestos.

-No address

-No digging basements

Can work with:

-No water "haul water and fix plumbing first"

-No electricity "I have some solar panels and can build the temp power panel"
Preferred:

-A smaller home without masonry repair.

-A fenced yard.

I can do it all but you will need to pay for:
-A licensed electrician to wire outlets and breakers "I can pull the wire and install fixtures though."

-An HVAC pro for AC and, especially work on the heater

-Foundation leveling or repair

-Gutters

Framing, Tile, Trim, Electrical, Roofing, Drywall, Sidewalks, Plumbing, Siding, Doors/Windows, Wood floors, Welding, Stucco, Stairs, Cabinets, Landscaping, Gas, Painting, and Telephone/Internet, ect.
