  ● Patches: $150 (may increase with size/quantity)

  ● Removal: $2.50/sq ft

  ● Install: $4.00/sq ft

  ● Interior/Exterior Caulk & Paint: $3.00/sq ft

Flooring & Tile

• Vinyl Plank Install: $8.00/sq ft

• Tile Backsplash: $25.00/sq ft

Plumbing Fixtures

• Toilet R&R: $200

• Faucet + Supply: $150 each

• Vanity R&R: $500+

Electrical Fixtures

• Ceiling Fan Install: $200 (basic; no wiring/relocating)

• Light Fixtures: $75 each

• Outlet/Switch Replacement: $50 each

Carpentry & Trim

• Trim Install: $6.00/sq ft

• Door Install: $200 each

• Cabinet Install: case-by-case

• Hardware (doors): $75/each

• Hardware (cabinets): depends on size

Exterior & Other

• Fence/Deck Repair: from $200

• Appliance Install (basic): $250 each

• Wood/Metal Framing: $25/sq ft

* I charge a $150.00 minimum per job.

* Anything exceeding $150.00 is based on following price-list.

* Prices do not include material. I will provide material but there is a 15% upcharge of material's cost, to cover time, gas & handling.
