I signed up for a creative financing program but realized that a large part of it requires lead sourcing, which I don’t have time for and don’t like doing. I’m looking for a partner who likes lead sourcing and has experience doing it, and in exchange I’m offering you a spot in this program for free. You bring the leads to me, you learn creative financing, and we split the profits until we each make ~$12K. Then we can continue partnering or split ways.

-has a flexible schedule and can dedicate 20h a week to learning the program and deal sourcing

-tech savvy and responds quickly to leads, can use personal social media for lead sourcing

-trustworthy and can provide references

-located in the US, prefer EST time zone, familiarity with upstate NY and STR a plus
