Hello everyone, I'm an investor in the Kenosha general areas and looking for a home to flip. I'm hoping to connect with some wholesalers in the general area. Looking for SFR, purchase price up to 120K. NOT looking in the city of Racine (Some parts of Racine county though) or Milwaukee. Please shoot me a PM if you can help.

Hello, welcome and glad to see you investing in the Kenosha area. There are definitely some solid opportunities around that price point. I’d recommend networking with a few local investor meetups and wholesalers since many deals never hit the market. Feel free to connect if you’d like to talk more about leads in the area.
