Recommendation for a California attorney - consult and contract template review

Hi,

My business partner and I are just getting started with wholesaling in the Los Angeles area and we need some general legal advice on how to structure deals, given that traditional "wholesaling" may not be an option. In my research I've read that there are certain contractual nuances in California, related to assigning a property, disclosures, etc., so we need a full contract review to ensure we have the right language in our contract templates (and the right contracts, for that matter) before we enter into any agreements. We'd love to find an attorney who's familiar with creative financing, and obviously wholesaling methodologies. Any leads/advice welcomed!

Thanks in advance!
