Hard Money Loan Officer-Longhorn Investments
Longhorn Investments is a multi-state, direct hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding markets. The basic qualifications are below. Please send a resume if interested.
- Experience with real estate investing or general sales experience
- Helpful if applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, realtor or hard money/private money loan originator
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences)
- Comfortable working on a commission/forgivable draw basis
Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office.
We offer an ultra competitive pay structure in the private lending space, and are unrivaled in how our Loan Officers are compensated. Successful Loan Officers in other markets are earning $25,000 - $50,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for a hard-working, sales-oriented, energetic candidate that is passionate about helping clients meet their real estate investing goals! Current book of business is a plus.
