4 New Properties Under Contract!! Seeking Private Lender(s) to Help Fund These Deals and Make a Great Return

Our real estate company in Columbus, OH just put 4 great new properties under contract in the past week! We are seeking private lender(s) to help us fund these deals with our experienced rehab team, and make a great return on their investment. Below are details on the nearest scheduled property to close on May 8, and I can send details on the others to anyone interested:
ARV: $119,000 (we have comps supporting this value)
Purchase Price: $50,900
Repair Cost: $30,000
Holding & Closing Costs: $5,000 (closing costs, taxes, insurance, utilities, contingency, etc.)
Total Investment: $85,900
