I have a three-family brownstone in a landmark district in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.   Ten-foot high mahogany entry doors with original brass hardware, high ceilings, excellent mahogany woodwork with old-world details.  Hardwood floors throughout the building.  The property has good bones.   All three kitchens and bathrooms need renovations to update.   The heating system could be replaced.  And with superficial paint and other minor repairs it will generate approximately $10,000 per month in rental income.  

I need $2 million for this property. ARV - $3.5 to 4 million.
