Offering $60k in instant Equity – I own a Value Add Multifamily fund from Praxis Capital (Brian Burke), well performing that I am looking to sell due to unforeseen life events.

I own a $200k share but offering 30% / $60k instant equity as I am willing to sell for $140k for a quick sale!
