Looking for a seasoned investor in the Youngtown/ surrounding area, hands on approach

Hello, I am new here and this is my first post with the community!

My area is Youngstown/Boardman/Austintown/Canfield

I am a 29 year old yearning to get into Real Estate. RE has been on my mind consistently since I graduated highschool.

I am currently a full-time industrial mechanic, as well as a seasonal skydive instructor. I make a decent living($100,000+), but I desire breaking free from the full time industrial job. The more years that pass, the more I am getting repulsed by the line of work.

I have a decent amount of cash to work with on my first deal(~$150,000), however I am a little lost on getting started. I know I would be interested in fix n' flips, potentially wholesaling/bird dogging(not sure if the legality is there?) and eventually long term rental to replace my income.

What I am looking for is a a seasoned investor to shadow, mentor me, or even work/partner with, to get my feet wet in the business. A path I can take to replace my active income from the industrial job the fastest is ideal.

-Nate
