I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio and I am looking to purchase my next rental using creative financing to secure my next deal. I already have a few units that I have acquired in the last year and they doing well. I am looking for multi family properties and single family properties for LTR. Interested in Baltimore City or County with 3 Br & 1+ BA or 1BR & 1BA.
