New investor in Houston looking for wholesalers

Hey everyone!

I represent an investor in the Houston area. I'm looking for wholesalers to do deals with. Just a little bit of what I'm looking for would be single family homes up to 250K ARV. We pay cash as soon as title is ready. My knowledge of REI is very limited so take it easy on me with the lingo.

If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.
