Looking for a Portfolio Re-fi.
Hi All,
I have 5 duplexes in Lehigh Acres Florida. Would anyone be able to recommend a bank that does Portfolio Re-Fi's and that is underwriting the loans themselves? And does it have to be a Florida based institution or could I ask around in other states as well?
