Seeking turn-key Kansas City properties

Jonathan Mednick

We are seeking to purchase 5+ turn-key properties each month in Kansas City. I am seeking recommendations for realtors who can assist with acquisitions. Connecting us with contractors to assist with any repairs would be helpful.

We are seeking minimum $600/month rents (section 8 ok), 1 year leased and already under property management.

@Jonathan Mednick I'm a little confused at what you're looking for. A turn-key property shouldn't need any repairs, hence the term turn-key. I would also strongly caution you against anything renting for $600. That's going to be inner city "D class" properties. I know Kansas City well and I know that these types of properties look good on paper but are mostly nightmares. If you're looking for long term buy and hold or cash-flow, I would recommend looking in the suburbs outside of Kansas City with rents of at least $800 but more like $850-$900. We have several turn keys in the Kansas City area. Feel free to give me a call if you'd like some help. You can also see most of them on our website.
