I'm looking for some projects in the Metro Philadelphia Area. Specifically in South Jersey (Burlington, Camden, Gloucester Counties). Please reach out and add me to your buyers list. I am looking for SFH, Duplexes or Multi Family to flip or buy and hold depending on the situation.
