@Jonathan Avila  Have you heard the term "above the fold"? Originally it was about the top half of a newspapers front page. What is above the fold gets seen what is below the fold isn't seen until someone buys the paper and opens it up. 

The same concept applies to Websites. "above the fold" on a website is the part of the page that you see without scrolling. Much of want would be interesting to you reader requires scrolling.

I think your logo is fine but I agree it is too large because it's size keeps everything else below the fold. Your logo is unique enough you do need that much size to make an impression. Make it much smaller and move other information up the page. If you want a 2nd larger version of the logo that is OK but put it much lower on the page.

What is your free E-book about? Why would someone want it?

I suspect you could improve your Meta Data and keywords. You have no keywords and description is "Cash Offer within 24 hrs" do you really thing people are searching for that?
