Looking For A Private Money Lender
Hi, my company has used many hard money lenders in the past but we are now looking for a private money lender with a fund, who wants to keep turning their money every six months with steady 12% returns per year.
We are based in Pittsburgh, PA and focus on residential rehab projects. The investor can take a look at past, present and future projects to feel comfortable with who we are and what we do. As we have been in the Pittsburgh market for many years and have done over 1000 transactions including over 300 fix and flips. We know what we are doing. We will be happy to show them before and after pictures of our recently completed properties, with applicable paperwork. We will also be happy to personally show you our current projects and introduce you to our contractors and real estate team.
We are interested in a minimum investment of $100,000
Our typical 1500-3000 sq. ft property take around 4-6 months to complete
