44 house Waterfall investment- 37% ROI
Hello all,
We need to raise another $325,000 for a total of $475,000 investment. We will accept investments as low as $25,000.
We have a package of 44 houses in Detroit MI that are going to be renovated and sold. They will be done in two batches.
The first batch will be sold first and to home owners, one of them include a 10 bedroom upperclass home. The sale of those homes will raise enough capital to return the full principle to investors plus 25% return.
The rest of the houses will be renovated and then rented. Those houses will be sold to investors with 5% of the profit distrusted to the investors.
We also have had some interest in adding a coupon to this investment that pays monthly. That is something we can talk about as well.
We have sales projections from Coldwell Banker to back up our projections.
