REIT Seeking....
I am direct to an REIT that is purchasing 50-150 Occupied SFR at a time in major metropolitan areas, the hotter the market the better.
If any one wants to cash out or know someone that wants to cash out and make it a deal, please contact me.
Post 2000 build are preferered, but will consider post 1980.
I will need the address, lease expiration date, rent, etc, an and outside picture of each property.
