Accredited or Sophisticated Investors wanted for Project around Trenton Train Station

Hi All,

We are in the middle of a raise to create a small private equity fund to do some specific investment deals around the Trenton Train Station.  Investors are preferred to be Accredited but can also be Sophisticated (meaning they have knowledge of real estate and finance, and have financial stability to make investments of this size).
