15-20% yearly return on investment

After a quick glance at your website, it confirms: just another Turnkey promoter with bogus, unrealistic numbers.
5% total for repairs and capex, no vacancies, etc.
And by the way, if one were to believe your projections; that's a 20% Annual return, not a 20% monthly return.
