I am wholesaling a 3br./1ba. home on the West side of Columbus (Hilltop, 43204). Not the "Bottoms". The address is 231 S. Harris Ave. It has over 1,100 sq. ft. It has a fireplace, enclosed patio, basement, and a deck. It needs a total rehab. Homes in the area are selling for the mid to high 40s. I am asking 15k cash.
