While I was in Manila two year ago I visited some condo developments for sale in Makati and Bonifacio (High Street). It seems that there are a lot of condo's coming to sale in the future. I also had a hard time putting a down payment for a project that was going to be completed 5-10 years from now. Could you give us an example of a condo you have for sale and the income and expenses on it?
