Atlanta, Ga investors I need your help!

I am looking to get in touch with some of you guys in Atlanta Ga. My folks are moving down there from St Louis Mo for a work transfer. My parents want to live north of the city in the suburbs. I am looking for either a good deal on a house, someone with a rental in that area, best would be someone wanting to do owner financing. If you are just from the area and want to chime in that would be great as well!
