I have a few buyer clients I am working with in the Raleigh, NC/Triangle area who are looking for some hard money lender connections. I'd like to get to know a few who I can then recommend to my clients. Does anyone ever lend out of state, or should I be focusing on lenders in my local area? Thanks!
