What extra work do you put in to make ends stay in line for REI?

I hesitated at goals because until its your money and assets, your goal within the investment stratosphere depends on actions by other follks

I try to wash windows to keep a chilli going or something.  Hopefully I'll make 30 bucks this weekend to get me to the next pay check, and on and on.

I would rather deal in volume. i do have that.

I will apologize to both sides of recent prospective transactions.  I match folks.

That's ALL I CAN DO LEGALLY.  especially when I expect a smooth closing..

I remember being so broke that my stories sound unreal to my kids. An RE license definitely opens up some options. I keep mine inactive but up-to-date in case I need to use it to grab commission on deal I find in the local MLS.
