@Mark Ferguson Another great blog post. I am 21. I started at this and on here when I was 20. The way I have explained it to friends/famiy is that it simply makes sense. It is easier to take the risks now when I don't have kids, student loans, a mortgage, CC debt, and all of the other obligations. Think it is hard starting young? Try starting after you have worked somewhere for a decade and are used to a standard of living. 

My wife and I are looking for a multi to "house hack". We own two SFR as well.
