Atlanta Commericial property/Land Deal

I have gotten some leads for commercial property, a couple SFR's and also a section of land with no structure on it, from my direct mailers. Looking for a wholesaler, agent, or investor near Atlanta or who has some experience in these areas to assist, as seller is willing to do a contract this week. This is on McDaniel St, so not the best of areas in Atlanta, but I want to give a realistic offer to the seller... and hopefully team with a more commercial/land versed investor to evaluate to see if it is worth pursuing.
