If your in the Atlanta area and looking to grow your experience in Real Estate this could be the OPPORTUNITY you've been waiting for! Not selling anything and this is not any type of course, just an opportunity to get your hands dirty and LEARN.

Basically you will be assisting a wannabe Real Estate Mogul, "ME" do what I do on a daily / few days a week basis.

You will get to LIVE and BREATHE real estate investing while working on many facets of the business.

- Fix & Flip
- New Construction
- Deal Analysis & Acquisition
- Construction Schedules and Budgets
- Dealing with Contractors and Subcontractors
- Raising Money
- Marketing and Sales

You MUST..

- Be HUNGRY, motivated, and strive to achieve EXCELLENCE in all you do

- Be an INCREDIBLE negotiator

- Be a PEOPLE PERSON and with at least a hint of CHARISMA

+ Having your Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.

This will start out as a 3 month UNPAID learning opportunity, and we'll see where it goes from there.

Our office is in Marietta, GA and our projects are scattered around Metro Atlanta and soon to be Nashville.
