As I've mentioned previously, I'm really excited about getting involved in some aspects of crowdfunding for real estate deals, and actually serve on the advisory board of a start-up crowdfunding site (Fund That Flip), founded by @Matt Rodak.

In an effort to keep those who might be interested up-to-date with emerging trends in real estate, I wanted to let you know of a new Newsletter Series the company is launching in 2015.

The series will cover all aspects of Real Estate Crowdfunding as this new market continues to evolve. Articles will be written by thought-leaders in Real Estate, Crowdfunding, Legal, and Online Strategy.

And saw a typo on the paragraph "How it works".  It misspells the word "possible".
